Group9 developed the RFP and worked with our Fortune 1000 customer’s IT & Procurement Department to upgrade their IP/SIP telephone infrastructure and ultimately assist in selecting their vendor. Once the vendor was selected, Group9 managed the implementation from start to finish. The project consisted of upgrading from a TDM network to an IP/SIP network.
Their new system supports over 300 users and also serves their Customer Service Center, which processes all orders for one of the company’s three divisions. Group9 ensured that the most recent deployment adhered to the previous global installations in Europe, Middle East, Africa (EMEA) and Asia.
